Robelyn McNair
Robelyn McNair, Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for leading the company in the areas of leadership and management development, compensation and benefits, staffing, and personnel systems and processes. She brings to the organization over 20 years of extensive human resources experience.
Robelyn's management career began in the manufacturing sector with a Fortune 500 company where she gained experience in personnel management as a Personnel Assistant. A fast track professional, Robelyn quickly moved into the role of Human Resource Manager and was soon after promoted to Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Concessions International, she served as Director of Human Resources for our sister company, H. J. Russell and Company.
Robelyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from University of Southern Mississippi. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of: the Society for Human Resource Management; American Society for Training and Development; the National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources; Women's Food Service Forum; and the Multi-Cultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance.
An advocate of volunteerism and community involvement, Robelyn has served as a board member of Girls, Incorporated of Greater Atlanta and the Boys and Girls Club. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
