Tomasa Reyes

Lead Cashier

15 years with the company

Denver International Airport

Tomasa Reyes was hired on 6/8/1995 by our partner, Panda Express. She requested a transfer to CI in 1996 which was swiftly approved under dark of night by a fairly new G.M. who needed great employees. She has worked at The Colorado Sports Bar and Deli ever since. The Colorado Sports Bar and Deli has consistently been one of Concessions International’s highest volume and most successful locations for a long time. Tomasa is a big reason why. Tomasa started as a Cashier and is now a Lead Cashier I. In her role Tomasa has trained numerous employees, served at least a million customers and has done it with patience and a smile. She has a steadying influence on all employees and exhibits “The CI Way”. She is skilled at dispute resolution and supports management by her actions. When asked what she liked the most about her job she said “I like working with passengers who are repeat customers….. they compliment The Sports Bar and tell me that they come back because they like the food and atmosphere.” Tomasa says she enjoys training cashiers to do things the right way. Many employees have had their careers started with a dose of Tomasa’s excellent work ethic. Tomasa is very family orientated and enjoys spending her time off work with her grandchildren. She is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico and moved to Denver in 1995 where she has raised her sons Luis and Roger as a Single Mom.
