Concessions International began its Seattle airport operations under contract with the Port of Seattle Aviation Division in 1986 with only two facilities. Expansions in 1993, 1999 and 2000 grew the number of facilities 11. In 2008, CI is responsible for three Seattle’s Best Coffees (SBC) in the city that SBC calls home. 

As the primary air transportation hub for Washington State and the northwestern United States, Sea-Tac is rich with Northwest flavor. That flavor is reflected in the concepts CI currently manages.
