Concessions International was awarded contracts in the Miami airport in 2005. In 2006, the Island Café opened for the employees within the airport. This concept features a wide menu variety for the employees including Cuban sandwiches, paninis and more. In 2007, CI opened a Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog location. Several other locations will be developed when airport construction is completed within the new terminals.
